Spokesperson Bhattarai also said that the necessary strategy has been formulated to reduce invalid votes in the upcoming election. He said, 'Work is being done under the leadership of the security agencies and with the facilitation of the concerned ministry and the Commission to make reliable and credible security arrangements for the election.'
