He was in the forefront of the Jan-Ji movement on Bhadra 23, who was marching angrily. As they approached the parliament building, suddenly there was a shooting . The first bullet fired by the police hit him directly in the head. He collapsed on the spot, never to rise.
n Kaziratna Maharjan, the brother of the deceased, says, "He had the nature of speaking directly not only among the society and friends but also within the family". He used to say that he would do something for the country. Brother sacrificed for the country . Now he has become not only our son but also the country's son.' According to him, he got the information that his brother was shot only around 3 o'clock. At first I didn't believe it, I thought it was a simple injury. After some time, news came that he had died. Then I panicked and started searching," he said, "I couldn't recognize her because I was on social media. When he reached the Everest Hospital in Naya Baneshwar, the bullet entered the lower lip of the brother's mouth and exited from the concha.

With Vinod Dhale of Lalitpur Metropolitan City-7, his 75-year-old mother's support has also collapsed. Vinod was taking care of his mother. nDue to the pain of her son's martyrdom in the movement, his mother has not eaten for 5 days, and the mother keeps fainting. Thinking of her son, she sometimes gets angry. nVinod did not belong to any political party . He did not even go to the political party's occasional processions. He also used to ask his friends not to participate in the movement of political parties.
nVinod was multi-talented . He was adept at making original copies of wax to make idols, molding idols, gold plating, face painting. A devotee of Mahadev, he was also proficient in the flute and the slow instrument. The walls of the house were decorated with various statues and ponting.
nPhupu Ratnamaya Maharjan is remembered as a guest of Vinod who has good manners. She says, "He had the nature of not keeping anything hidden in his mind."
When the family of the deceased met on Friday, they were crying. Not being able to speak, he fell down for a long time . "Even if you wish not to cry because of sadness in life, time and circumstances will make you cry," said Bina Maharjan, Vinod's sister.
nVinod has one brother and three sisters .
