It is mentioned in the policy and program that after reviewing the master plan for Chure conservation, the Presidential Chure-Tarai Madhesh Conservation Project will be promoted as a National Chure Conservation Project. It is mentioned in the program that the Presidential Educational Reform Program will be revised and strengthened as a National Educational Reform Program. Apart from this, the government plans to develop the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers as a center of excellence.

Common people complain that the distribution of agricultural subsidies is arbitrary. The government changed the name after repeated reports of irregularity in grant distribution.
