23rd February 2073 . Mechi-Mahakali campaign conducted by UML was going on in Maleth of Saptari. At that time, there was a clash with the security personnel. 5 people were killed in the clash. One of them was Sajjan Mehta, son of the Laxman couple, who died of a bullet in the head.
The government has declared all five people including the gentleman who died in this incident as martyrs. Laxman said in one breath, 'Son died, daughter-in-law also passed away, and we were in trouble.' He told Salinda that people come to take pictures on the 23rd of February and said, 'That's it!'
