Our Raithane cuisine is not limited to Nepali geography. New Nepalese dishes are being included in the world's 'food menu'. Be it Thakali food or Gundruk Sinki itself. Nepali food with bitter, sour, salty and sour taste is enticing the food connoisseurs of the world.

Wherever Nepalis have gone, Nepali flavors have also spread there. The contribution of 'food vloggers' in the expansion of Nepali food is not less.  With the expansion of

technology, the attraction towards 'food vlogging' is increasing. And, it has helped to spread the cuisine of one place to another community or geography. Sudha Shakya, who is studying tourism at Global College, says, 'Food vloggers have an important contribution to spread Nepali food to the world. Not long ago, the famous American food vlogger came to Nepal. He made Nepali dishes known to the world to some extent. Content creators from abroad are getting attracted to Nepali food through social media. They believe that if Nepali food can be promoted, it can be spread to the world.

The 'street food' of Nepal is also spreading in the world, Roshika Shakya says. She is studying hotel management at Nepal Academy of Tourism and Management (Natham) and says, "Chukauni recipe is trending on social media recently. Content creators post videos on how to make Nepal's refund. It makes me very happy to see Nepali recipes. He believes that Nepali food will gradually expand to the world due to the opening of many Nepali restaurants abroad. She says that it is because of Chef Santosh Sah that Nepali dishes have become known in the world.

Agreeing with Roshika's point, Karzen Gol says, 'An influential person like Santosh Sah has an important contribution in promoting Nepali cuisine. It is because of them that Nepali food can have a distinct identity. Karjen, who is studying hotel management at Gate College, was very happy to see a Nepali restaurant in Thailand. He says, "When I went there, I was looking for a Nepali keychain at the beginning. I found it after searching for about two hours. I felt a sense of belonging when I saw that Nepali people were working.'

When foreigners eat food in a Nepali restaurant, they respond by saying 'like Indian food', Sudha says, 'Many compare Nepali food with the taste of Indian food. Perhaps because the border of Nepal is thick with India and China, the food may also be mixed. When we go out, if we don't find Nepali dishes, we look for Indian or Chinese.'' Roshika thinks that this is because the taste goes well with Nepali food. She says, 'Even if our taste is small, it will match. When we go to a new place, we don't try to eat Thai or other dishes first. If we have to eat regularly, we find our own taste.'' According to him, such small things will make a difference in the taste of food.

Nepali food is becoming known abroad, but there is also a fear that the originality of the food will disappear. In foreign countries, mashams are sold as momos. Chatamari is called Newari Pizza. Yamori is made with meat instead of knife or food. Sudha says, “Food can be infused but not everything is correct. Every food has its own characteristics.'' Roshika says that along with promotion, Nepali dishes should also be slightly 'corrected'. She says, ``We see people eating ketchup or mince with me abroad. I have a different taste of pickles.'

is introducing new dishes of the world in Nepal. Along with Indian, Korean, Chinese, Thai restaurants have started opening. Karzen says, "This allows people to taste the food of their own country when they visit Nepal." Roshika says that Korean food is very popular in Nepal because Nepal is heavily influenced by Korean art and culture. She says, 'Korean food is very popular in Nepal. There are more fans of Korean dramas, singers, and fashion in Nepal.' Sudha says that the increase in the popularity of Korean dishes in Nepal is largely due to the similarity of the food, 'Some dishes are the same. It seems that only the name and a little taste are different.'

Food plays a key role in tourism promotion. "Tourists have a hand in bringing world food into Nepal," says Sudha, "along with tourists, their art and culture also come in." Since tourism is the main source of Nepal's income, Roshika says that the quality of food and hotels should be improved to bring in more tourists. According to him, tourists help spread the food of Nepal to the world. He says that hotel management should be given more priority for that.

In Nepal, the 'concept' of hotel management is still different. Roshika says, "After studying hotel management, they understand how to cook, wash dishes and serve." A hotel is an institution. business is To run any business there is a need for everyone. Food and service should be given more importance here. Every day they are adding new challenges. New dishes are being introduced.
