20 houses in Palpa's Tansen market area are at risk due to the landslide. According to the police, 14 houses in Tansen Municipality-5, Kailashnagar, 14 houses in Tansen-3, old water tank toll, three in Holangdi area and three houses in upper part of Tansen-Banstari road section are at risk.

Tansen A landslide has occurred from the Basantpur road in Kailashnagar to the Tansen-Ridy road in the lower part. It has taken nearly four hours to move the landslide away. Tansen-Reedy road was blocked when landslides washed away the soil .

Landslide victims have been managed by Tansen Municipality. Mayor Santosh Lal Shrestha said that they have helped to minimize the risk of landslides and settlements. Police said that some houses in Siddharth Highway from Bertung Naigaon to Palepipal are at high risk of landslides.

  Bertung-Ramdi road still blocked

Bertung-Ramdi road section of Palpa under Siddharth highway has not yet been reopened after a landslide with large stones. Rambha rural municipality-3, near Agahakhola of Pipaldanda, the road was not restored till Saturday afternoon because the landslide could not be removed. 

Two loaders of the road division have removed the landslide to restore the road . The road division Palpa said that it took time to move away due to a big landslide. According to the police, it will take some time to remove the landslide. Through Siddharth highway, passengers from Syangja, Pokhara, Parbat, Gulmi, Arghakhanchi, Baglung, Mustang, including Palpa pass through.

Palpa-Butwal opened one-way

Palpa-Butwal section under the blocked Siddharth highway has been opened from 4:30 pm on Friday.

The landslide that fell near Kerabari in Tinau Rural Municipality-5, Masyam has been removed only on Saturday morning. With the help of two loaders of Road Division Palpa and two excavators with breakers of China State Construction Engineering Corporation under the Siddhababa Tunnel Project, the road landslide was removed. According to Engineer Durga Gautam, Information Officer of the Road Division, it took time to remove the landslide due to the fall of large stones. Efforts have been made to bring the two-way road into operation .
