Early in the morning, there is a shout of tea connoisseur in the tea shop. Along with sipping tea, Rambabu's tea shop has become a place for gossip and discussion of local to national politics.

It has been years since Rambabu opened a tea shop near home. There is hardly anyone who does not know Rambabu in Doti. It is rare not to visit his tea shop opened in the name of Janaki Mishthanan Bhandar. Rambabu Dipayal arrived in the year 047 on the back of his uncle Niranjan Yadav in the course of business. He worked hard day and night washing dishes and carrying heavy loads with his calloused hands in the bitter cold. That's why he could not go to school. "I understood from my childhood that life is a struggle," Rambabu says, "It was a big thing for me to eat my fill and sleep till I die." He has earned a lot of income from the tea shop. He has also built a three-storied house in the middle of Dipayal Pipallabazar. A wife, 4 children, parents and a 5-year-old family of brothers are taking care of this tea shop. Rambabu now says that he is no different from Dotyal, even though he lives in Dhanusha's Mukhiyapatti Musarnia Rural Municipality. His family is also living in Dipayal. ``The place where I lived and grew up is lovely,'' Rambabu said, ``Even though I was born in Madhesh, the mountains have given me name, value and affection. Now it is difficult to even spend 2 days without leaving the doti.'' Even in the crowd of hundreds of customers throughout the day, he is found in a stress-free posture with a smiling face. Rambabu, who consumes 500 liters of milk a day, sells up to 700 cups of tea at Janaki Mishthan Bhandar. Tea is made from one hundred liters of milk and sweets, lassi, curd, cake, paneer and other dishes are made from the remaining milk. 'Rambabu has consumed the milk of around 100 families,' said Jamuna Khadka, who regularly comes to Rambabu to sell milk, 'because of him, our household expenses have increased, we are getting income to buy tea.' seems Another dish that customers love most at his shop is samosa-vegetable. Lately he also makes chowmein. Along with him and his family, 14 workers are employed throughout the day. Out of which 3 are locals of Doti and others are from their own Madhesh area. He said that the monthly turnover will be up to 1 million. 2 to 2 and a half lakh per month is being benefited by cutting housing expenses, employee salaries and material purchase expenses. "Life is going well," he said.

Rambabu is surprised to see the hordes of young people going to India and abroad day by day due to lack of employment. He argues that there is good income in the village for those who struggle. He is saddened that the youth who are shy to work hard in their own village go abroad and do hard work even for a small salary. "With a monthly salary of 50,000, I also gave the facility of motorbikes to the local youth to come home," Rambabu told his bitter experience, "but they don't last long, they prefer to leave their wives and children and enter India."
