About eight years ago, Alisa Bareilly of Jhapa Birtamod was using an iPhone. Parents Mohan and Bindu were in UAE. She started photography in the early days with a phone sent from abroad. His mobile photography was further encouraged by his friends. His inclination towards the camera dates back to his childhood.

Alyssa was confused about what to do after her class 12 exams. Australia was the destination of many classmates. She also started planning to fly to Australia. After taking the class 12 exam, she started preparing for studying abroad. Meanwhile, the result of class 12 came. But not at all. Distinction in other subjects, but 18 marks in account. How come only that? For many days his mind wandered. Drove to Biratnagar for

rehearsal. However, it did not pass. Twelfth failed for sure. She went through mental pain for about three months. "I almost went into depression at that time," she remembered the events at that time, "somehow I managed to get out of that darkness." After this, the Australia-dream was shattered. What to do in the middle of this disappointment? She couldn't even think about new work for a long time. The only art he knew was photography, and that too was ordinary. But Alisa, who knows nothing about other subjects, has decided to travel to photography.

”House of Pictures” Gathering courage, she offered her parents abroad to go to Mumbai to learn photography. However, Baama did not accept his proposal. Instead, he was invited to come to the UAE. He didn't want to go abroad anymore. Because she was alienated from her dream of flying to Australia. In particular, he did not want to hear the name of foreign countries.

After contact with an acquaintance, she reached Birtamod, the head of the production house. Coincidentally, on the day of World Photography Day 2017, she started collaborating with Mukhiya Productions. "Initially, I did a photoshoot for a beauty pageant," she said, "My photography was appreciated, which encouraged me more."

In the beginning, he was too shy to carry a camera. Some people asked why she was acting like a man when she was carrying a camera, but she didn't care. While working at Mukhiya, she got the opportunity to learn everything from modeling to wedding photography. In between, she went to Mumbai for a month and trained with modeling photographer Rohan Shrestha. "At that time, I went according to the family's advice," she said, "the one-month course helped me improve my photography."

She fell in love with the camera. It was difficult to get out of there. But after breaking the collaboration with Mukhiya Productions for about five years, she started building her own studio. Last year on May 15, Elisa started a private studio at a cost of around 3 million. She started 'House of Picture' in collaboration with her friend Geeta Basnet. He and Geeta raised half the amount for the studio.

"In the beginning, my mother was very angry because she did not understand my interest and desire, but now she has started helping me a lot after seeing my work," she said, "I had earned some money. Some of them were sent by my mother. She says that learning from Mukhiya Production gave her the courage to open a studio with her own investment. He is a famous photographer in the district, especially in wedding photography. Everyone is looking for Elisa for Webby Sawar, Pre Wedding, Post Wedding Photography. He has two Sony cameras named 'A74'. She uses 'A7H3' and 'FX30' in the video.

”House of Pictures” "I am interested in other photography as well," Elisa said, "After starting with weddings, I got hooked on that." She also thought of doing fashion photography. However, there is no market for modeling in Birtamode. He did not have the courage to go to Kathmandu and work. "Wedding photoshoots don't cost much," she laughs, adding, "It's fun." Food is also available, money is also available.'

Elisa has also employed four young people in her studio on Shanishare Road. During the wedding season, they have a wedding. They go on trips outside of marriage. Alyssa's main interest after photography is travel. That's why he goes out with his friends to new destinations in Nepal twice a year.

Baama is also happy to see Alisa's work. The positive change that has now come to them that 'girls don't have to walk around taking photos' has also given Elisa the motivation to create more. "You used to say what happens after taking the first photo, now you are happy with my work," she added.

A failure in the life of Elisa, who was dreaming of living in Australia, determined a new path to success. "That incident opened the door to photography for me," she said, "even though I felt sad at the time, now I have no regrets about that failure."
