According to the spokesperson of Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office Superintendent of Police Deepak Giri, public buses, micro buses and tempos are not running. As per the announced program, the busy streets of Kathmandu seem to be deserted from early morning as the businessmen do not want vehicles with black number plates.
