UML candidate Lal Bahadur Shahi has won in Dailekh's Dullu Municipality-13. According to the Office of the Chief Election Officer, he defeated Resham Bahadur Shahi of the Nepali Congress by 3 votes.

UML's candidate Lal Bahadur won by getting 574 votes, while his nearest rival Resham Bahadur of Congress got 571 votes. 

1,527 votes were cast in the ward with a total of 2,706 voters.

Similarly, Dhakendra Bahadur Shahi of the Maoist center has got 278 votes.
