Khadakraj Shahi of Nemkipa has won as the ward president of Tilagufa-4 in Kalikot. He defeated Nishova Shahi of the Maoist Center by a margin of 28 votes. Khadak Nemkipa, who won the ward president in 2074, is also the district president.
Khadak, who won, got 143 votes, while Nishova, the wife of the then ward president Par Bahadur Shahi, who contested from the Maoist party, got 115 votes. UML's Ain Bahadur Shahi got 78 votes, Nepali Congress's Pail Bahadur Shahi got 49 votes, while RPP and Rashtriya Swatantra Party candidates got only 15/15 votes. 4 votes were invalid. The bail of RPP and RSWP candidates has been confiscated . The candidate of RSVP got only 5 votes.
In 2079, the by-election was held after the ward president Par Bahadur Shahi, who was elected from the Maoist center by the alliance of Maoists, UML, and Congress, went missing due to a landslide on October 23, 2079.
