Actor Harivansh Acharya's film 'Bhuthan' will be released from Baisakh 12.
Directed by Vinod Poudel, the film stars Dayahang Rai, Anuradha Mazumdar, Pooja Chand, Richa Ghimire, Josh Pandey, Aditi Pyakurel, Tom Crane, Vimal Subedi along with Harivansh and Hollywood actor Bruce Dern in a special role. Some Hollywood technicians have also worked in the film.
director Paudel said with the expectation that the story of 'Bhuthan' will affect the audience around the world, 'I am confident that anyone from all over the world will feel the feeling and depth of the story even if they watch it.' Ma said that Harivansh's character and acting are both excellent and he is confident that it will be a 'Kaljayi film'. It is said that preparations are being made to screen the film on the same date through Hollywood's distributor, which is being distributed by RR Films Production in Nepal.
The shooting of 'Bhuthan', which contains the story of the love and pain of the Bhutanese who fled from Bhutan and came to America via Nepal as refugees, was completed in America only a few months ago. The film has cinematography by Susan Prajapati, editing by Anjay Khadka, production design by Bimal Subedi, art direction by Anjan Gajurel from India.
