He contested the 2074 and 2079 elections from Sindhupalchowk 2 (A) and won. At that time, he defeated the UML and RPP candidates by getting 20,906 votes. He was born on Falgun 7, 2039 BS in Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality-7, Sano Siruwari, Sindhupalchowk district. His father is Guru Prasad Dulal and mother is Jhamkamaya Dulal. In family life, he is survived by his wife Parbati Dulal, daughter Anisha, and son Anish.
