After one year, UML, Maoists and RSVP have come together and Congress has left the government. After the collapse of the alliance formed on December 10 last year, a new alliance was formed between the Congress and the Maoists with the presidential election on February 25.

According to the second tier leaders of UML-Maoist, a new political 'course' has started after an agreement was reached on the matter of changing the prime ministership and forming an electoral alliance or party unity in the 084 elections. According to this agreement, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal dismissed all his ministers and appointed one minister each from UML, Maoist and RSVP on Monday. UML's Padam Giri, Maoist's Hit Bahadur Tamang and RSVP's Dolprasad Aryal have taken oath as non-departmental ministers. 

After finalizing all matters including the leadership of the center and the provinces, there is a preparation to make the senior leaders of UML, RASWP and JASP participate in the government by giving them ministries along with the deputy prime minister. Since Jaspa President Upendra Yadav himself wants to participate in the government, he has not appointed anyone as a minister in the first phase. It has been agreed that he will take the Foreign Minister along with the Deputy Prime Minister. In this context, a conversation with UML Vice President Vishnu Poudel : 

You came saying that the government could not work, until this government falls, there will be no hope in the country. But suddenly again formed another alliance under the leadership of Pushpa Kamal Dahal. How did this situation develop?

What caused yesterday's alliance to get into trouble or break up was something that the leaders of the alliance would know better than us. Even if the alliance is about to break, naturally we have played a role to help the country. We joined only after the alliance broke up. 

The distribution of posts in the new alliance is not finalized. Apart from the President and Vice President of the National Assembly, there is no agreement between the 4 parties. How will the allocation of ministries be finalized?

Yesterday's alliance was broken, even though the country had to be evacuated, we were revealed. Mainly, since the problem of the country and the people should be kept in the center, the issue of which position or who will take or give which position is secondary. Saving the country from a problem and taking it forward, instilling hope in the people is the main task. Our focus will be on that. However, the topic of who will take what responsibility? Let's settle it together, it's not such a big issue.

However, since you also have claims on the Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister, as well as the claims of the RSVP, the issue of distribution of posts is becoming complicated, right?

The previous time (Pus 10) was to take turns under the leadership of the Prime Minister in a similar equation. The period itself was fixed. But today there is no mention of the 8-point agreement between the 4 parties. What kind of understanding has there been between the two parties regarding the leadership and leadership of the government? 

This is not a topic to be written on a paper. Mutual trust is a bigger thing than what to do, what to do, whether or not to take turns. Trustworthy and reliable relationship is established between the parties and the leaders in terms of moving this term of the Parliament effectively. 

In the first phase, only three non-departmental ministers have been appointed. Whose leadership does the UML participate in? Has it been discussed within the party or not?
