Biratnagar Kings will field first in the second match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket on Saturday. Biratnagar captain Sandeep Lamichhane has invited Kathmandu Gorkhas to bat after winning the toss at the Tribhuvan University Cricket International Stadium, Kirtipur.

Kathmandu defeated defending champions Janakpur Bolts by 5 wickets in the first match and lost to Sudurpaschim Royals by 29 runs in the second match. Biratnagar scored the highest score of 220 runs in the first match and won the match against Pokhara Avengers by 53 runs.

Biratnagar has not changed any player from the team that played the previous match. Along with Sandeep, Lokesh Bam, George Munshi, Martin Guptill, Narine Bhatt, Bashir Ahmed, Subham Ranjan, Narayan Joshi, Merchant de Lange, Sandeep Lamichhane, Pratish GC, Surya Tamang are playing from the playing 11.

3 players have been changed in Kathmandu's team. Bhim Sarki, Milind Kumar and Sunny Patel are being replaced by Pratik Shrestha, Ricardo Vasconcelos and Jahrad Erasmus.
