Kathmandu Gorkhas and Sudurpaschim Royals will play a match in Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket on Wednesday. Kathmandu has won the toss and decided to bowl first, as expected.

 

Kathmandu has fielded another all-rounder Sunny Patel in place of Namibian captain Gerhard Erasmus.  In the match between the two teams last year, Sudurpaschim defeated Kathmandu by 73 runs.  

This is Sudurpaschim's first match in this tournament.  Kathmandu, on the other hand, defeated defending champion Janakpur Bolts by five wickets in the opening match.
