Party President Ravi Lamichhane, Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle, Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal and other leaders are seen on the stage. President Lamichhane started the closed session by ringing the bell. Senior party leaders and Prime Minister Balendra Shah were not seen in the closed session. It is said that Prime Minister Shah will come to the hall before presenting the political report. Speaking at the closed session, President Lamichhane said, 'This is an opportunity to give legitimacy to the dreams we have seen.' Stating that the party was established under special circumstances, he said that the citizens have trusted them. He said, 'It is not time to sing songs of success, but to turn it into results.'
Chairman Lamichhane said that the 5,000 fee for the representatives has been made optional due to the extension of the convention. He said, 'Please do not create a faction in an unhealthy way by picking names. Not only the party but also 5.2 million voters are watching us.'
