Prime Minister and senior leader of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Balendra Shah has given an explanation for summoning officials of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority to Singha Durbar. Addressing the inaugural session of the RSS in Bharatpur on Sunday, Prime Minister Shah said that it is necessary to find an excuse for the misuse of government property.
