The Shram Sanskriti Party had entered the election contest by fielding candidates in 28 constituencies in 14 districts of Koshi Province. The party's candidates were seen as the main contenders in most constituencies. Shram Sanskriti has won directly in 3 constituencies: Sunsari-1, Khotang and Bhojpur.

Party chairman Harkaraj Rai (Sampang), who is also the former mayor of Dharan Sub-metropolitan City, won from Sunsari-1 with 35,741 votes. His closest competitor, Goma Tamang of the National Independent Party (NISP), came second with 27,249 votes.

UML candidate Tikaram Limbu came third here. He got 6,463 votes. Ashok Kumar Rai of the Janata Samajwadi Party had won from this constituency in the 2079 election with 17,059 votes. Goma, who has now been defeated by Harka, was in the election contest from the 2079 election from the NISP. He got 16,600 votes.

In Khotang, which has only one constituency, 29-year-old Aren Rai of the Shram Sanskriti Party has won. He got 16,612 votes while his rival Dev Bikram Rai of UML got 12,714 votes. Birkaji Rai of Congress came third in the race with 11,957 votes. In the 2079 election, Ram Kumar Rai of the then Maoist Center had won by getting 31,351 votes. At that time, Congress and Maoist Center had entered the election contest in an alliance.

In Bhojpur, Dhruv Raj Rai of Shram Sanskriti Party also won with 16,663 votes. According to the final results released by the Election Commission, Sherdhan Rai of UML, who is the former Chief Minister of Koshi Province and Minister of Communications and Information Technology, came second with 14,750 votes.

In Panchthar, Narendra Kumar Kerung of Congress won by getting 17,233 votes and Hastraj Sherma of Shram Sanskriti Party came second. He got 14,734 votes. In Ilam-1, UML's Kajiman Kagate is ahead by 7,481 votes, while Shram Sanskriti Party's Binod Nembang Limbu is trailing. According to the final vote results released by the Election Commission, his vote is 6,759.

In Ilam-2, CPN-UML's Suhang Nembang won by getting 22,426 votes, while Congress' Bheshraj Acharya came second. He got 14,650 votes, while Shram Sanskriti Party's Sudip Rai came third, getting 14,400 votes.

In Jhapa-1, Nisha Dangi of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) won by getting 45,680 votes. Where Congress' Keshav Raj Pandey came second with 10,550 votes and Shram Sanskriti's Kewalram Rai came third with 10,004 votes.

Former Deputy Speaker and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sanghar of Indira Rana Magar won in Jhapa-2 with 60,110 votes. Former Speaker and UML's Devraj Ghimire came second with 11,368 votes and Shram Sanskriti Party's Keshav Kumar Bhandari came third with 7,291 votes.

Shram Sanskriti Party was also the third contender in Jhapa-5, where senior Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sanghar leader Balendra Shah won. While Shah won with 68,348 votes, Shram Sanskriti Party's Samir Tamang came third in this constituency. Tamang got 9,233 votes. UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli came second with 18,734 votes.

UML's Rajendra Kumar Rai won in Dhankuta with 18,132 votes. Where Dinesh Rai of the Nepali Congress came second with 14,257 votes, while San Bahadur Rai of Shram Sanskriti came third with 11,932 votes. In Morang-1, Yagyamani Neupane of the Nepali Congress won with 27,667 votes, while Shanti Devi Pakhrin Lama of the Nepali Congress came second. She got 17,522 votes.

Ganesh Karki of the Nepali Congress won with 36,924 votes in Morang-3. Sunil Kumar Sharma of the Nepali Congress came second with 24,354 votes, while Amir Magar of the Nepali Congress came third with 16,509 votes. In Udayapur-1, Parshamani Gelal of the Nepali Congress won with 30,590 votes. Where Rajesh Kumar Rai of the Nepali Congress came second. He got 11,606 votes.
