Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) President Ravi Lamichhane has said that no one should be afraid of him and has claimed that he will set the standard of good governance. He said, ‘We are not going to build a country where people beg, but a country where people eat.’ He said this while speaking at an election rally in Chitwan.

He said that on Bhadra 23 and 24, shots were fired and Singha Durbar was burnt. He said, ‘Singha Durbar was burnt because it became a den of corruption.’

He said that the old parties should be made inactive from power, saying that the party of his father and grandfather would not go anywhere. He said that Chitwan has sounded the trumpet of change, ‘Now Chitwan will bring this to a conclusion.’
