The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has directly fielded candidates in 164 constituencies. Out of 21 members of the dissolved House of Representatives, 14 of the RSS's MPs have entered the fray this time as well.
RSP President Rabi Lamichhane has filed his candidacy for Chitwan-2 through Wares. He was elected from the same constituency in the previous election. He filed his candidacy through Wares after being detained in the Parsa District Court on charges of cooperative fraud.

Joint General Secretary Bipin Acharya is contesting from Dang-2, while another Joint General Secretary Bhupdev Shah is contesting from Achham-2.
Former NCP MPs Biraj Bhakta Shrestha are candidates in Kathmandu-8, Ganesh Parajuli is contesting from Kathmandu-7, and Shishir Khanal is contesting from Kathmandu-6. Sobita Gautam, who was elected from Kathmandu-2 in 2079, has reached Chitwan-3. Outgoing Speaker Indira Rana is contesting from Jhapa-2 against outgoing Speaker Devraj Ghimire of UML.
Whip Nisha Dangi is contesting from Jhapa-1. Dr. Toshima Karki is contesting from Lalitpur-3. Ashok Kumar Chaudhary is contesting from Sunsari-3. Hari Dhakal has repeated from Chitwan-1, while Binita Kathayat has entered the election contest from Jumla.
Five previous RSVP MPs did not get tickets. Bindawasini Kansakar, Dr. Chanda Karki, Laxmi Tiwari, Shiva Nepali and Asim Shah were not able to become candidates. Asif withdrew his name even though he was in the proportional representation. Santosh Pariyar, who was the RSVP chief whip in the dissolved House of Representatives, and Sumana Shrestha, who was an MP and joint general secretary, left the party after 23 Bhadra.
There is no RSVP candidate from Manang. The RSVP had given a ticket to Anil Gurung from Manang. However, he did not register his nomination. There was a dispute in the RSVP's Rupandehi-2. There was a dispute after Ashish Subedi of Balendra Shah's party was given a ticket, and advocate Sulabh Kharel registered his nomination there.
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) withdrew its candidacy after Subedi was found to have a Hong Kong ID. Surendra Karki has registered his nomination in the RSSP Tehrathum constituency, where Rituraj Limbu was earlier made a candidate. Ranju Darshana has become a candidate in Kathmandu-1, while Pukar Bam, who aspired to win a ticket from this constituency, has been sent to Kathmandu-4. Pradeep Bista has become a candidate in Kathmandu-10. Rajiv Khatri, who quit journalism to win a ticket in this constituency, has been sent to compete against UML Secretary Mahesh Basnet in Bhaktapur-2.
The RSS, which withdrew its name from proportional representation citing geopolitical concerns, has made Tasi Lhajom its candidate for Humla. Bablu Gupta, who resigned from the Youth and Sports Minister from Janakpur, has also got the RSSS ticket from Siraha-1, while Sudhan Gurung, the founder of 'Hami Nepal', who emerged from the Gen-G movement, has become the RSSSS' candidate from Gorkha-1.
