DP Aryal, Vice President of the National Independent Party, has said that Madhesh has not been able to become self-reliant in the education and health sectors because it has not been able to produce policy-making leaders.
Addressing a meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Janakpur, he said, targeting Balen, "We have come to realize that Madhesh has not been able to produce a leader who can make policies. Now Madhesh is getting not just one person, but a Prime Minister who can run the entire country."
He also urged people to vote on the bell symbol in the upcoming elections to be held on Falgun 21.
