Nepali Communist Party (NCP) Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal arrived in Rukum by plane on Monday to register his candidacy.

He landed at Salle Airport in Rukum West on Monday afternoon via a charter flight of Tara Air.

Dahal is set to contest from Rukum East in the House of Representatives this time. Dahal is reaching the constituency today to register his candidacy for the Falgun 21 election on Tuesday.

Dahal was welcomed by NCP leaders and workers at Salle Airport. After reaching the party office in Musikot-5 Serigauna in Rukum West and handing over the ticket to NCP candidate Gopal Sharma, he will travel by land to Rukum East headquarters Rukumkot on Monday itself and participate in the candidacy registration tomorrow, informed NCP Rukum East leader Jeevan KC.
