Nepali Congress leader Min Bishwakarma has said that the direct ticket for the House of Representatives elections will be signed by President Gagan Thapa and that all leaders should select candidates by consensus.
Bishwakarma made the call on Sunday through social media Facebook. He appeared before the Election Commission on behalf of former President Sher Bahadur Deuba during the dispute over authority and came out in favor of Bishwa Prakash Sharma and Gagan Thapa.
