With the same warning, he attacked the power coalition and tried to form an alternative power coalition.

During the political campaign in Hulaki Highway Campaign (2081 February, March) and Madhyapahari (June) and from other public platforms, he said that he would lead another peaceful revolution .

He spent time and energy against the government rather than reorganizing and rebuilding the party. But he couldn't rebel like he said, so Gen-ji rebelled instead. Which brought down the Congress-UML coalition government and formed an interim government. At this time, old parties including Maoists have reached the edge.

Before the Jen-Ji uprising, President Dahal could not bring a roadmap to rebuild the party, remember himself and connect with the people. There has been a conflict between Dahal and Sharma since two years ago. He demanded to resign in the 16-point proposal prepared for internal discussion. A leader said that this proposal was discussed on the Sharma side and they are ready to go ahead with it.

'The original leadership of the party should resign immediately,' Sharma said, 'A solid and clear policy should be made on which position and how often a person will sit.' Dahal has been demanding that he leave the leadership of the party for 37 years. In the standing committee held in July last year, he made a written proposal to transfer the leadership . At that time his proposal was discussed . I have been raising the issue of leadership reorganization. That's my point even now,' he said.

He said that since the Zen-G movement has attacked the stagnant corrupt politics, it should be synthesized positively, as the movement has exposed all the aspects of party system, leadership system, commissar system and brokering, and now it has opened the way to move the country forward in a new way .

In the standing committee meeting on July 20th, Sharmam was accused of 'going against the original leadership under the guise of external power'. After publicly criticizing Chairman Dahal's working style, most of the standing committee members demanded self-criticism in the standing committee. But Sharma had expressed his commitment not to put his statement in public without self-criticism . After the Gen-Ji rebellion, he again asked for the resignation of President Dahal .
