At present, cooling period is very necessary in the environment of Nepal. It should be made mandatory not only in civil servants but also in army, police and institutions.

Because when the employee's service period is over, then they run for political appointments. They put pressure on the leader. Leaders cannot withstand the pressure of workers, the result of which we are experiencing now.

If good governance is to be brought to the country, a 'cooling period' is necessary. The government should not back down from this step. Not only the Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, but also the leaders of various political parties, the secretaries are running under the leadership of the Chief Secretary to avoid applying the 'cooling period'. It is absolutely wrong to do so.

After a long time, an opportunity to do more good work has come before the political parties, it should not be missed. Such an opportunity may not come often.
