Along with the policy, there is a need to reform the intention

Let us make a commitment that we will move forward with the country at the center, not setting the tax rate at the center of ourselves, and not making laws/laws at the center of ourselves.

The root of the problem in the current economic situation in Nepal lies in the policy. It is in the system we are adopting. And above all lies in the intention of leadership. A trader clears goods from customs. After coming up, the internal revenue again afflicts him.

It is not enough to get rid of the internal revenue, there is another structure called revenue investigation, it bothers. We have created a three tier government. The center levies a tax. The province itself is autonomous and powerful, it again imposes another tax. Now we ourselves are saying - the local level should be stronger, there is no need to leave it.

I don't need to tell you how many rounds an industrialist has to go through to register the industry. It would have been possible if it was done only by being dizzy. I was in Qatar today, how well our Nepalis have progressed and received special respect from the government there, as good businessmen. And I said - 'You have to invest in Nepal too. You should also pay attention to your country.' A businessman has come to Nepal to open an industry. He has caught the leader after the employees have given him grief. The leader said - 'What will happen to us?' He said - 'We have brought something that will happen to the country, what will happen to you?' The leader asked for a three percent share. But instead of working like this for the rest of his life, those businessmen have gone back after spending a few lakhs.

The state of the country is this. Therefore, the first thing is that the policy that we adopt should be right. I was just meeting a merchant today. He pays 6 crore revenue per month. Not only was he arrested, his business was shut down for a month. He was eventually released on general bail. What is the arresting agency saying to him now - 'You didn't see anything special, now we have to give a little advice, please separate us a little from the bail, I will release the bail.'

This is just a representative incident. We are in this society, we are talking to everyone. No one knows yet. So we had to change our policy. We have to improve the system that we are adopting, the system that has to have so many people's representatives. This is a factor in the weak and stagnant economy. A small country like Nepal, where there are more than 36 thousand people's representatives. From the ward members to the president, vice president, former president, former vice president, they should be given salaries and allowances. Therefore, first of all we had to improve the policy, the system and above that we are the political party that is leading the country, our intention.

No economy in the world is tied to any classical theory. Whatever we talk about, our neighboring countries to the north and south are governed by different political philosophies. His economic progress is exemplary for us. So our intention works more than any philosophy. Our intentions are not right. We make laws thinking how commission can be easily taken, how money can be taken without being arrested by authorities, how money can be taken without evidence. When it comes to blame, we give it to the merchant, but it is we who corrupt the merchant.

Let's talk about Ncell-Asia. He has not only done business in Nepal. He will be the best company in the neighborhood or in other countries, there will be no dispute about the tax he has to pay, there will be no dispute about the service he should provide, why should there be a dispute only with us? There should be such a tax evasion in our country, why should it be so low and high? We give this wisdom. And the wisdom of making government land private land also comes to us. We hire employees, we make all government land private. What to do just by making it, we had to turn it into money and look for a merchant. We say that there is cheap land in a good place to invest. Let's show that there is no problem. And if there is any question after taking the thing from the merchant, we will send the merchant to jail. And how does the private sector rise and how does investment come to the country?

Asti Chandra Dhakalji did not know whether he was angry. They called the general meeting and spoke of similar commitments. He came with a list of commitments to the parties. What should be the respect for the businessmen, what should be the respect for the private sector. I said to him there too - 'Why are you doing this out of fear? How weak and oppressed you are in the private sector. Your commitment letter is a reflection of how weak the state, political party has made you. Do not tell political parties, industrial registration and other administrative work can be done from one table, we will not ask for donations from any industrialist and we will not form a fraternal organization with political parties in any industry. Do not let the political parties correct such issues. And the country takes the road. What about writing other details?'  The problem is in the leadership, rather than in the essence of the

, in politics. Unless the political leadership proceeds with the belief that eating corruption is like eating mother's blood, no other form of accounting will work. The private sector is now aggressively involved in the discussion/debate. In the last few days, the leaders did not understand why our country should not be made, our country can be made and should be made. You are gathering that their commitment did not happen. But it doesn't seem like Nepal's political parties will come to the address just like that. If something is difficult, you have to stand up in a strong and organized manner so that you don't pay bribes, commissions or donations.  There is no shortage of

foreign currency either. There is no shortage of Nepali notes in other banks. In the bank, the old turnover is good, the policy is that only former businessmen can take loans. The new one can't take it. The old one is not in a position to pay the previous interest. And how does it work when no one takes a loan? Where does it accumulate without accumulating in the bank? Fortunately, people like us bowed down and got a chance to stay in that Ministry of Energy for a few days. Due to the opening of PPA which has been stalled for four years now investments are being made in the energy sector and your money is flowing. You didn't accumulate that dollar by doing business, it came with the blood and sweat of our brothers. How many policies have been made by you and by the government, which have even banned imports. It was not even given to bring, but the money has come, it is sitting. In fact, our economy is running because of the youth who are employed abroad. Otherwise, Dashaintihar would not have worked.

Therefore, I would like to request the friends of the political parties. We are not allowed to cause more pain to the country. We do not have the concessions and facilities to ruin the country more than this. So let us make a commitment, some idiots like us are alive in this politics, who can say that they can enter any temple as long as they have not committed corruption in the previous day. But not everyone can. Whatever happened yesterday, from now on, let's move forward by improving our intentions. We do not do any kind of corruption. We are honest towards the country.

And, let us make a commitment that we will move forward with the country at the center, not setting the tax rate at the center of ourselves, not making laws/laws at the center of ourselves. There are also expert people here who have done business in the world. Our employees are dying. Therefore, let's all move forward in a new way, the National Democratic Party (RPP) and I have a commitment that the country will not be built without advancing the private sector and raising morale.
