Women's representation at the policy and leadership levels of the civil service is still low.
According to the Economic Survey, women's representation has reached only 13.6 percent by 2024, up from 11 percent in the base year 2015.
Although the government has set a target of increasing women's representation at the policy level of the civil service to 33 percent by 2030, progress so far has not been as expected. The data shows that women's access to administrative decision-making is still weak.
