The Economic Survey made public by Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle in the Federal Parliament noted that there has been an improvement in overall economic indicators, especially the tourism sector, and noted that there has been an encouraging revival.

The survey also mentions that the average stay of tourists has increased to 16.34 days. Similarly, data has been made public that a tourist spends an average of 33.08 US dollars per day during his stay in Nepal.
The survey also mentions that progress has been made in civil aviation and air infrastructure. Currently, 35 airports are operating across the country. It has been informed that 32 international and 20 domestic airlines are active in providing air services in Nepal.
Finance Minister Wagle expressed confidence that the improvement seen in the tourism and air infrastructure sectors will make a significant contribution to the expansion of the country's economic activities.
