The Central Security Committee meeting chaired by Central Security Committee Chairman and Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal reviewed daily activities related to the election and reviewed strategies and manpower management, as well as made district coordination work more effective.
The mechanism formed by the National Security Council chaired by the Prime Minister, the Central Security Committee chaired by the Home Minister, the Provincial Security Command Post chaired by the Provincial Chief Secretary, and the District Security Committee chaired by the Chief District Officer, consisting of the heads of all four security bodies, is closely analyzing the situation, information, and election-related activities from the local to the center every day.
The Home Minister and the security team are continuously active every day to keep security tight. The Ministry has stated that it is working under the Integrated Election Security Plan 2082 for the election of members of the House of Representatives, to make the work systematic and safe before the election, during the election, and after the election, from the transportation of ballot papers to the announcement of results, according to the election security strategy.
