The Department of Water and Meteorology has advised everyone to be alert while stating that there is a possibility of heavy rains in various parts of the country till October 20th.

Due to the risk of landslides along with rain, the department has requested not to travel at night. The road department has also advised not to travel at night and has called upon the employees of all subordinate offices to be prepared for disaster preparedness. 

Also, the department has requested those traveling on Nagadhunga-Muglin, Muglin-Narayangadh road, BP highway, Kanti Lokpath, Tribhuvan Rajpath, Downe road to take special care.
