The Digital Freedom Coalition and concerned organizations have strongly condemned the government's brutal suppression of the demonstrations by the new generation (Gen-G) with demands for digital rights, corruption control, transparency and accountable governance.

"The current government is fully responsible for this brutal violence," Collison said in a statement on Monday.
