The Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has demanded the immediate dissolution of the government because of the shooting and killing of Jen-ji, who was protesting against corruption.

Spokesperson Mohan Kumar Shrestha said that the emergency officials meeting held after the demonstration of Gen-G on Monday concluded that the term of office of the current government has expired and called for its disbandment.

"Today's incident is the conclusion of RPP that the validity of the current government has ended," he said, "RPP calls for the immediate dissolution of the government and the solution of all problems and a new understanding".

"The arbitrary, undemocratic and totalitarian character of the government has been revealed by the wild attitude towards the peaceful demonstration," the RPP said, "Today's barbaric repressive incident has been taken by the RPP as a cruel and tragic event in Nepali history."
