North and South neighbors China and India have agreed to open bilateral trade through Lipulekh Pass. The ruling party and the opposition party of Nepal are standing together on the agreement that both the countries have not given any information to Nepal regarding bilateral trade through Lipulek Pass. Nepal has been opposing this 6-decade-old issue between Nepal and India for about a decade.

During the visit of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi to India, the two countries agreed to reopen border trade by passing Lipulek. India and China have agreed to trade through the Lipulek border. What is the opinion of the main opposition party on this?

Lipulek is Nepalese land. Whenever India and China agree to use Nepalese land, Nepal will have to  It has been said before that it is wrong not to give information . It is our clear opinion that the agreement between India and China to promote trade from Lipulekh is wrong.

We have said this before. Since Nepal's land is located on the border of three countries, it is a mistake for India and China to make any agreement without discussing with Nepal and without Nepal's approval. This is the same thing about Maoists even now.

How can Nepal raise this issue?

Prime Minister is going to India soon,  There is also talk of going to China. This matter should be taken seriously and diplomatically. Our parliament has already decided about the sovereignty of Nepal, the geographical integrity of Nepal. In this situation, now the government  It is our opinion that efforts should be made to solve the problem through diplomatic talks.

In the past, we have unanimously decided in the House on issues related to Nepali land that there is no ruling party or opposition on the issue of national independence, geographical integrity.
