Independent Students' Union (SSU) elections are going on peacefully in the affiliated and affiliated campuses of Tribhuvan University (TRI).

Voting is ongoing in 45 and 250 affiliated campuses out of 62 affiliated campuses under Trivi. According to Terri University Rector Khadge KC, the election process is progressing peacefully in all the seven provinces.

Voting has been stopped for some time after an error was found in the ballot paper at Prithvi Narayan Campus in Pokhara. According to the administration, efforts are being made to correct the error. Voting process will resume soon.

According to Rector Casey, the elections in other places are being conducted as per the scheduled schedule. He informed that the necessary steps are being taken to conduct voting within a few days even in the places where errors are found.
