Due to incessant rain since Friday morning, 21 people have died in three districts of Kathmandu Valley alone.
According to the police, 9 people died in Kathmandu, 9 in Lalitpur and 3 in Bhaktapur due to floods, landslides, floods and house collapse.
SSP Basant Razaire of Kathmandu Police said that some others are missing and search operations are continuing.
SP Bed Bista informed that three people died in Bhaktapur. Two people were rescued from Lalitpur by helicopter and 281 people were safely rescued from different places by police, army and army.
According to the Department of Water and Meteorology, the flow of rivers and creeks such as Bagmati, Bishnumati, Rudramati, Nakhkhu, Balkhu and others are flowing above the danger level due to the incessant rain.
