Around the year 2060, he was scolded by many people when he planted oranges in three cultivated fields. It was clear that oranges give more benefits than planting other crops. Now the name of the village of Amalawas has been changed to Suntalawas.

He said that many workers should be employed on wages for the work of orange dressing, fertilizing, irrigation, orange picking, pruning, etc. He has planned to build the largest orange plantation in Palpa district by 2085. Also, he has invested 50 million in houses for workers and land management for agricultural firms. 

Ghimire, who taught at Mahakali High School in Chhahara for 9 years, proved himself to be excellent there as well. After Ghimire started teaching at the school where NIMAV was conducted, he succeeded in making M.A. level. "I went to teach primary school, but after looking at the situation, I had to teach up to the secondary level," he said, "There was a situation where I had to teach only three to five subjects." He said that not only science, mathematics, additional mathematics but also accounting and population should be taught. Ghimire, who thought of doing something new rather than taking a permanent job, trained as an insurance agent while teaching at school.

"Whatever I do, I work with hard work," he said, "so I have not had to back down in success." Although he is the youngest son of the family, everyone is surprised to see his hard work. He joined the former Surya Life Insurance Company (currently Surya Jyoti) and became the first insurance agent in Nepal in 2072.

"I felt that I got the reward of my hard work," he said, "After that, I left teaching and started this job." Even now I am successful. He has been the first in Nepal by collecting the most premiums since 2072. Not only this, the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRD), an important position in the insurance industry, is announced every year. It is the apex organization of America. He succeeded in becoming 'MDRD' in one day in January 2023. From January to December, he collected 5 million rupees in one hour on January 1 for a premium of 4.7 million rupees.

"Everyone is surprised to see that I have achieved success in the insurance sector," he said, "that's why everyone left and went ahead to make this sector better." His name is also the first to collect the highest number of insurance premiums in his code. In the insurance sector, he also succeeded in becoming a product ambassador under the 'Chaurasi Pooja Jeevan Bima' scheme in 2023. He claims that he considers the insurance sector as a social work. 

'My next plan is to bring insurance to remote areas,' he said, 'to spread awareness that even if you save 10/20 rupees daily, you can get at least one lakh insurance.' He said that there is a plan. It is his experience that it is necessary to understand that even the poor are benefited by insurance.

Even though he could not contribute much in the social sector, he was interested in serving in human service ashrams and orphanages.
