The Congress has accused Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal of political dishonesty by breaking the alliance. After the meeting of the parliamentary party on Thursday, Congress chief whip Ramesh Lakhtar said that Dahal, who is also the Maoist chairman, has destroyed the alliance in an unbelievable manner.
The author said that today's meeting has decided to inform the Speaker that the support given to Dahal has been withdrawn. The
writer said, 'We were following all the agreements of the alliance with sincerity and commitment. We were proceeding according to the traditions, cultural values and beliefs of the alliance. But Prachanda worked to destroy the alliance in an incredible way. That is political dishonesty.'
The chief whip writer responded that since the Congress is the largest party in Parliament, it is natural to discuss with various political parties. Also, he says that the Congress will be seen in the role of constructive opposition rather than changing the equation.
