Due to the increasing cold weather for the past four days, Gaur Municipality in Rautahat has declared a holiday for all community and institutional schools across the Gaur municipality area until next Friday.

Gaur Municipality issued a notice on Monday and declared a holiday for schools till December 11. Gaur Municipality Chief Administrative Officer Subash Kumar Thakur informed that considering the adverse impact on children's health due to the extreme cold that has been prevailing for a few days, the holiday has been declared for all schools across the Gaur Municipality area.

He said that the holiday has been deducted from the rainy season holiday. Normal life in Rautahat has been affected due to the cold wave and cold that has been prevailing for a few days.
