Congress prepared to recommend Sheshnarayan Yadav of Dhanusha, Sunil Kumar Yadav of Rautahat, Jangilal Yadav of Sarlahi and Shyam Patel of Parsa as ministers, but no agreement was reached. LOSPA has taken the stand of 2 ministries. Chief Minister Singh has prepared to appoint Congress and LOSPA ministers on Sunday.
