Nominations for members of the House of Representatives have been registered peacefully in both constituencies of Bardiya.

Gautam Yaspala, who was elected to the House of Representatives three times in a row from Bardiya constituency number 1, has also become a candidate.

In Bardiya 1, former mayor of Basgadhi Municipality Shalikram Adhikari from UML, former minister and former chairman of Tharu Commission Bishnu Chaudhary from Nepali Communist Party, former minister Abdul Khan from Nagarik Unmukti Party, Thakur Singh Tharu from Rastriya Swatantra Party and other candidates have registered their nominations. 

Former joint general secretary of Nepali Congress Kishore Singh Rathore from UML, former minister Bimala BK from UML, Suresh Pantha from NCP and others have registered their nominations from constituency number 2. 

The office has stated that the nomination registration of candidates who entered the office of the Returning Officer by 5 pm will continue till 6:30 pm.
