Traffic has been blocked for a month after the road was washed away in Tinau rural municipality-2 Dobhan of Palpa. The road between Jamune and Jhangla on the road connecting Dobhan-Jhangla-Hariyali village has been washed away, so vehicles have not been able to move in more than half a dozen settlements.

Sherjung Thapa, a local, said that almost 80 meters of the road has been washed away by a landslide in Banchare Hill. According to him, the vehicle was not running for a month. "Vehicles could not move on the road since a month ago," he said. Thapa said that the residents of Mahapur and Hariyali villages have problems.

According to locals, it is not possible to walk even on foot. Thapa said that there is a compulsion to go to Butwal for the ward and rural municipality office as well as the market in a small vehicle after crossing the Jholunge bridge from the village to the village across the river. He said, "People have to use stairs to walk in the places where they can even walk," he said.
