In addition, the budget includes plans to operate an integrated waste management project and reconstruct government offices and structures damaged during the Gen-G movement.

Towards sports infrastructure development, a target has been set to complete the construction of an indoor multipurpose stadium with a capacity of at least 2,000 spectators in Biratnagar within the next 3 years. The budget includes plans to build a modern cricket stadium in Biratnagar and to speed up the construction work by reviewing the design of the Girija Prasad Koirala Cricket Stadium.
