When entering Bhel village in Narayani river, Susta village is flooded. According to local Munshikumar, the river flooded at 10 am on Saturday. Houses and barns of Tharutola have been submerged due to flood.
The water level in the Narayani river has increased rapidly due to the rains that have been happening for the last 3 days . The water of the river has entered the Tharu village east of the river.
By 10 o'clock on Saturday morning, about 115 houses and sheds were flooded, Munshi informed. "The water level in the river is increasing," he said.
Locals are sitting in school after floods hit the village. DSP Resham Bohra of West Nawalparasi said that the water level in Narayani river is increasing and they have been asked to be cautious.
