Gyan Bahadur Shahi, chief whip of the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party, has alleged that the things mentioned in the guidelines have been included in the budget. Responding to the budget presented by Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel for the financial year 2082/083, Chief Whip Shahi said that the things brought by the guidelines of the National Bank have been brought in the budget.
'What is included in the guidelines in this budget has been included in the budget. The things that the National Bank will bring in the guidelines have been brought in the budget. The budget is archaic, nothing new. It is a ritual to work, the budget is also a ritual,' he said.
