Roshi, Temal, Panauti, Bethanchok and other municipalities of Kavre have been more affected by the landslides after continuous rains from last Thursday to Saturday. 12 people died in Panauti municipality, Panauti mayor Ramsharan Bhandari said. According to him, 1 foreign tourist is among the dead. He said that 17 people have gone missing from different places in the city. 8 people have died due to a landslide in Bethanchok Rural Municipality. According to Bhagwan Adhikari, chairman of the village, 4 people are missing. City Deputy Chief Vimala Sapkota Dahal said that 3 people died due to flash floods in Banepa.

7 people died in Mandandeupur municipality. 3 people died in Dhulikhel Municipality, 4 in Namobuddha Municipality, 1 each in Bhumlu and Khanikhola Rural Municipality. The municipality has informed that 3 people have died due to flood in Chaunrideurali rural municipality. People's representatives informed that there was no human loss in Panchkhal Municipality and Mahabharat Rural Municipality.
