9 youths have been awarded with Junior Chamber International Nepal (JCJs) 'Outstanding Youth Award-2024'. Karan KC, Ruveena Chhetri, the famous sarangi artist Vijay Baral of Purna Bahadur in the category of sports, Govind Marasini was awarded in the category of efforts to increase the reputation of the country through journalism in the international field.

Similarly, Kavita Nepal in the social justice category, Kumar Singh in the literary category, Rahiv Sahiwala in the economic category, Kapili Khanal in the science and technology category and Saroj Shrestha in the music category.  

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Chief Minister of Koshi Province Hikmat Kumar Karki and National President of Nepal Jaycees Robin Pokharel awarded certificates, cash prizes and medals to 9 young people. President Pokharel said that Nepal Jaycees, as in previous years, formed an award selection committee and selected the best young people recommended by various branches.

For about a decade and a half, Kriasil Marasini has been writing investigative articles on youth, tourism, art and contemporary issues in various national level magazines and journals.
