When the two major parties in the parliament, UML and Congress, agreed on seven points for power cooperation on 17 June 2081, they made constitutional amendment the main political 'agenda'. But even after a year has passed, nothing has been done regarding the amendment of the constitution. The opposition parties have accused the government of not making any achievements in the areas of good governance and development.

The opposition party alleges that the party which had agreed on 7 points during the coalition did not show interest in fulfilling those commitments during the administration of the government.

government: How do you review one year of the

government ?

The coalition government has failed in its commitment . He said the amendment of the constitution, there was not even a general discussion. Talked about good governance, there has been more corruption, the influence of middlemen has increased . Said political stability, more and more protests and dissatisfaction have increased. Dissatisfaction has increased recently at the public level. The development of the overall economy has led to the prosperity of some interest groups. There has been no improvement in the services that people get from the government. 

Congress UML has said that the political stability established after the formation of this government has improved the economy.

The country's economy has been improving for the past three years. Congress UML did not own the budget of the last financial year, if it had been implemented properly, there would have been at least five percent economic growth in the current financial year . On the other hand, the state of governance has become very weak. If corruption could be controlled, it would be a much better reform. The government's claims and priorities do not match. Some selfish groups are happy . In their interest, tax teams have been run in the budget .

The government has claimed to create hope by tearing down the hope again ?

It is not good to be disappointed when two big parties form the government. As the two parties failed to raise the hopes of the common people, the amount of disappointment has increased rapidly. As an opposition party, we have done a nationwide campaign to instill hope that there is an alternative within this system. We have tried to convince you that we will come as a reliable option in the 2084 elections . On the other hand, we have continued to warn of wrongdoings of the government. Because of this, the corruption situation has been stopped to some extent. But after forming such a strong government, the result should have been visible .
