According to the international media, there was an explosion in the city of Jammu in Indian-administered Kashmir. News agency AFP, citing security sources, said that there were explosions at the airport in Jammu. No details about the damage caused by the blast have been released.
"Firing or missile attack is suspected," former director general of Jammu and Kashmir police Shesh Paul Vaid wrote on social network X, "currently there is a blackout."
Similarly, Hindustan Times reported that an explosion was heard in the city of Pathankot in the Punjab province of India, citing a police source.
