The Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province, Kamal Bahadur Shah, has removed the minister of the United Socialist Party, Naresh Kumar Shahi, who was in the government. Shahi was the Minister of Economic Affairs in the Congress-led government.

Two days ago, the Chief Minister removed Social Development Minister Jhapt Saud, Industry Tourism Forestry and Environment Minister Ramesh Dhami and State Minister Geeta Mal of the same ministry.

After the Maoists left the center and the unified socialist government, the Congress-led government is now in a minority. The former power partner Civil Liberties Party has not left the government, but the Congress and Civil Liberties Party alone do not have a majority for the government. There are 18 MPs from Congress and seven from Civil Immunity.

27 MPs are needed for the majority of the government. Along with this, the process of government formation in Far West has turned towards complexity. Civil Immunity has not made any decision yet. There is no chance of a new coalition government being formed unless the civil emancipation is decided to help, and when the unified socialists have left the party, there is no chance of the old coalition led by the Congress getting a majority.
